The William F. Lynch Co., Inc. is a 50 year old mechanical contractor located in the City
of Worcester, Massachusetts. Our Facilities include office building, pipe shop, computerized
sheet metal fabrication building and storage building. |

We have an in house design team specializing in design build projects with over thirty years
experience working with owners, engineers, architects and construction managers from the
conceptual stages of a project through completion. |

Coordination and drafting of project designs is accomplished using a state of the art computer
aided drafting (CAD) system. Current CAD software used are AutoCAD 14 and Softdesk 8 Building
Services Special Edition. |

As a mechanical contractor we perform the following areas of work with our own employees:
welding, pipe fitting, gas fitting, plumbing, refrigeration, service, sheet metal fabrication
and sheet metal installation. |

All of our William F. Lynch Co., Inc. employees are craftsmen in their particular trade who
have undergone schooling and have served five (5) years in an apprenticeship program. All are
licensed in their respective trade. |
